Description

  • Define end-to-end architecture for AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, and MCP systems, including data pipelines, model training and inference, and MLOps.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by leading solution design discussions and presenting AI/ML architectures in client-facing engagements.
  • Architect scalable solutions using cloud-native AI platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI.
  • Lead integration of Generative AI into enterprise applications using LLM APIs or open-source models.
  • Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
  • Guide teams on MLOps practices for CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
  • Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and benchmark AI tools and platforms.
  • Assess emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend adoption strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor technical teams, solution architects, and AI/ML engineers.
  • Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices, including bias detection, interpretability, and governance.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align machine learning strategy with business objectives and identify opportunities for AI adoption.
  • Represent 3Pillar at industry conferences, workshops, and events.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of industry experience in machine learning, data science, or AI, with a strong IT services background and a track record of delivering impactful projects.
  • Ph.D. is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of AI architecture patterns, including RAG, Agent AI, MCP-based systems, and prompt orchestration.
  • Deep experience with Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, plus prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
  • Experience designing enterprise AI systems using MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and SageMaker Pipelines.
  • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in data governance, model risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
  • Preferred: understanding of software product development and integrating AI/ML components into products.
  • Preferred: experience working with large datasets in production environments.
  • Preferred: published research in top-tier conferences or journals.
