Description

  • Shape every stage of website development from concept to deployment.
  • Build and maintain campaign microsites and other digital experiences that support the brand and product story.
  • Develop high-performance, conversion-optimized pages for acquisition channels including paid, content, partners, and SEO/GEO.
  • Integrate and support the website’s connections with martech tools such as Marketo, Wistia, Chili Piper, and AI SEO tooling.
  • Collaborate closely with marketers, product managers, and designers to deliver website initiatives.
  • Continuously experiment with new libraries and automation to improve site speed, creativity, and functionality.
  • Support marketing initiatives from initial discovery through delivery.
  • Help maintain front-end best practices and participate in architectural decisions over time.
  • Conduct technical discovery meetings and help define technical requirements for new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Interest in JavaScript technologies.
  • Interest in marketing topics and website growth work.
  • Experience working on a range of projects, including integration, architecture, SEO, and AI-powered initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, relatable language for non-technical teammates.
  • Strong design sensibility and experience creating intuitive, efficient, and elegant interfaces.
  • Comfort with algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Working proficiency in English at B2 level or equivalent.
  • Experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, Nuxt, and Prismic is relevant to the role.
  • Preferred comfort working in a decentralized peer review, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing environment.
