Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions across integrations, automations, internal tools, reporting, web applications, plugins, and platform enhancements.
  • Build front-end plugins, customizations, connectors, and integrations for the 360Learning platform.
  • Support and enhance live solutions while serving on rotating Technical Services Hero support shifts.
  • Transform customer specifications into robust software that meets business requirements and quality standards.
  • Perform testing and provide proof of results to validate delivered solutions.
  • Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Write setup guides and deployment methodologies to support implementation specialists and clients.
  • Collaborate in daily stand-ups and provide workload estimates to help manage customer expectations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and propose new technical solutions over time.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, front-end development, and back-end development/integrations.
  • Experience working with Node.js and Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and asynchronous workflows.
  • Ability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Experience with SQL databases or data warehouses; Snowflake experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms is appreciated.
  • Interest in full stack development, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to synthesize information.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Fluent English (US/UK); French speaking is a plus.
  • Knowledge of BigCommerce is a plus.
