Description

  • Own pipeline creation and sales-qualified opportunity generation through paid channels in North America.
  • Create and manage search and paid social campaigns across core PPC and paid social platforms.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize channel budgets and performance against ROI and pipeline goals.
  • Launch and iterate on marketing experiments to improve conversion funnel performance.
  • Partner with BDRs to gather qualitative feedback and improve lead follow-up and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with US marketing, sales, and product marketing teams on more ambitious campaigns and business insights.
  • Translate campaign learnings into strategic recommendations for the North American marketing roadmap.
  • Identify and unlock new paid acquisition channels to scale demand generation.
  • Follow up on business opportunities with Sales and feed campaign insights back to Product Marketing.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise with SEM, especially Google Ads, and social advertising on LinkedIn and Facebook Ads.
  • Minimum of 2 years of first-hand online campaign management experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with a performance focus and strong analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to launch campaigns accurately without errors.
  • Ability to quickly create reports, analyze performance methodically, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Autonomous problem-solver who can manage projects independently and adapt in a fast-changing hypergrowth environment.
  • Structured and clear written communication skills.
  • Command of marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
