Description

  • Sell and expand within an assigned mid-market client base through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Use the CRM to map accounts, build account plans, prepare sales documentation, and provide forecasts for identified opportunities.
  • Identify top potential accounts, create power maps, and build targeted outreach cadences to generate multi-threaded conversations.
  • Conduct outbound calls and arrange regular virtual and in-person meetings with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for business opportunities and issues.
  • Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and evangelize 360Learning’s vision through account-specific initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customer success and cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience and drive renewals.
  • Analyze and present customer reports to draw conclusions, recommend actions, and drive customer satisfaction and referenceability.
  • Execute business reviews internally and externally and manage pipeline growth through intentional account-based outreach.
  • Mentor and support colleagues across the sales team and contribute to strategic planning for account growth and quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in an HRtech B2B SaaS environment as an Account Manager or Account Executive.
  • Experience selling learning solutions (LMS or LXP) is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proven experience executing complex software/platform demos as part of the sales process.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to access, analyze, and present customer data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Availability for client and larger team meetings with up to 5% travel annually.
  • Ability to travel to a minimum of two trade shows per year.
  • Enthusiasm for the company’s Convexity culture and participation in cross-functional initiatives.
