Description

  • Lead 360Learning’s enterprise expansion into the DACH market and help establish long-term regional growth.
  • Win new enterprise customers with 10,000+ employees across Germany and the wider DACH region.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder sales deals with large organizations.
  • Develop and execute territory strategy while maintaining hands-on sales execution.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Alliances, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and the German commercial organization to advance opportunities.
  • Work with partners and strengthen relationships within the ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and encourage disciplined sales process execution.
  • Forecast accurately on a weekly and monthly basis to support quota attainment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve overall business performance and sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment working with large accounts.
  • Previous experience working in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas of 500k+ euros.
  • Experience executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns and drive results.
  • A growth mindset and a lifelong learning attitude.
  • Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory.
  • Experience working with enterprise, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (preferred).
  • Experience with partner-led selling or channel ecosystems (preferred).
