Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure to support growing numbers of developers, customers, and geographic expansion.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, Helm and related IaC tools.
  • Automate application, configuration, and infrastructure deployments to increase deployment confidence and flexibility.
  • Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and monitor cloud resource usage and costs to optimize spending and reduce toil.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions to improve stability and availability.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, manage incidents, and run post-mortems to improve operational reliability.
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, AI, and data teams to implement and improve DevOps/SRE practices and platform engineering.
  • Provide developer-facing tooling, metrics, and monitoring to simplify and automate deployments and enable engineering squads to meet environment requirements.
  • Improve monitoring and load testing to secure and enhance platform performance and ensure security and compliance of systems and data.
  • Evangelize DevOps culture, define best practices, and train R&D teams to raise operational standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, ideally in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Proven experience running systems in production and participating in on-call rotations for 24/7 support.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS and GCP also relevant) and managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps tooling (e.g., ArgoCD, Helm) and deployment automation.
  • Clear understanding of networking, security, and system administration practices and ensuring system compliance.
  • Coding or scripting background for automation and tooling development.
  • Working proficiency in English and French (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Interest in SRE practices and platform engineering and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
