Description

  • Answer strategic business questions related to churn, upsell opportunities, and feature adoption.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional data projects that support Product, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to the development of an AI-powered initiative that enables teams to build and run their own SQL queries autonomously.
  • Support the onboarding of teams onto a new BI tool and the transition away from Amplitude.
  • Help shape and improve self-service analytics across the company.
  • Work with the Senior Data Analyst to improve documentation, data models, and best practices.
  • Accompany teams in becoming more autonomous with Looker.
  • Scale and iterate on the AI/self-service initiative based on team feedback and adoption.
  • Serve as a go-to person for business questions that help unblock teams and support upsells or churn prevention.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SQL.
  • Basic knowledge of BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of GitHub.
  • Willingness to learn and explore a data stack including Snowflake, Looker, and dbt.
  • Interest in data modeling, data warehousing principles, and building reliable queries.
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset for breaking down ambiguous questions into actionable steps.
  • Comfort collaborating with multiple teams and communicating technical concepts simply.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn from experienced analysts, engineers, and product teams.
  • Fluent English (US/UK) or B2 level or equivalent in French.
  • Interest in the company's working environment and culture.
  • Preferred: experience or familiarity with Snowflake, Looker, and dbt.
