Description

  • Provide customer support through tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.
  • Troubleshoot API-related technical issues and help solve customer problems.
  • Liaise with the L2 team to identify and implement solutions.
  • Support partners and clients in navigating the WhatsApp API ecosystem.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Meta representatives when needed.
  • Work closely with EMEA Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Maintain a strong customer-focused support experience across multiple channels.
  • Manage multiple support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in support, technical support, or a related role.
  • Interest in moving into a more challenging technical support position.
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Solid understanding of technical fundamentals and common support tools such as Slack, Atlassian JIRA, Google Workspace, and Intercom or similar.
  • Fluent English (C1) plus one additional language.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, clarify, empathize, and use appropriate tone and language in customer interactions.
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API or Meta Graph API is a bonus.
  • Programming experience in SQL, JavaScript, Python, or React is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana is a bonus.
  • People management experience is a bonus.
