Description

  • Guide clients in using WhatsApp as a strategic performance channel and integrating it into their growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as the voice of the client within the organization.
  • Lead clients toward achieving measurable success on WhatsApp.
  • Analyze client performance data to develop tailored success strategies across industries, verticals, and use cases.
  • Transform client use cases into actionable growth strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Contribute to client strategy with a scalable, outcomes-focused approach.
  • Support clients in turning messaging opportunities into business growth initiatives.

  • Talented junior candidates with solid theoretical professional knowledge.
  • Senior candidates with deep domain expertise and state-of-the-art knowledge in their professional area.
  • Open mind to listen, learn, and absorb feedback from seniors and other sources.
  • Strong confidence without arrogance, with a learn-it-all mindset.
  • Ability to take responsibility for tasks and proactively seek help when work becomes too complex.
  • Commitment to rapid skill growth and continuous self-development.
  • Ability to own entire products, projects, or initiatives for senior-level candidates.
  • Ability to create strategy or contribute to parts of a strategy for senior-level candidates.
  • Scalable mindset with knowledge of how to design and build scalable solutions and processes.
