Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using software engineering best practices.
  • Build robust and scalable APIs and data-driven services with reliable business logic.
  • Design database solutions and optimize performance across SQL and NoSQL environments.
  • Manage database migrations and help ensure data integrity.
  • Implement self-healing services that can detect and recover from failures automatically.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with quality and architecture standards.
  • Design and implement unit, integration, and contract tests to improve software reliability.
  • Collaborate with Business Experts, UX/UI designers, stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and delivery teams to deliver value iteratively and support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deploy solutions in cloud environments with attention to scalability, security, and resilience.
  • Monitor production performance using metrics and alerts, and document technical solutions to share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Experience developing secure REST APIs with API security best practices and safe data transfer.
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot for building backend services.
  • Experience with SQL databases, including data modeling and efficient querying.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and database performance optimization.
  • Experience applying Design Patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Experience using Git in collaborative development environments.
  • Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, or contract testing.
  • Knowledge of secure data handling throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ability to participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Soft skills including collaboration, proactivity, good communication, autonomy, and teamwork.
