Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services following software engineering best practices.
  • Build and scale robust, secure REST APIs and data-driven services.
  • Optimize database performance across SQL and NoSQL environments, including migrations and data integrity.
  • Design self-healing services that can detect and recover automatically from failures.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with quality and architecture standards.
  • Design and implement unit, integration, and contract tests to ensure software reliability.
  • Collaborate with Business Experts, UX/UI designers, stakeholders, infrastructure, and delivery teams to deliver value iteratively and support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deploy solutions to cloud environments with attention to scalability, security, and resilience.
  • Monitor production performance using metrics and alerts, and respond to incidents proactively.
  • Document technical solutions and share knowledge to strengthen team maturity.

Requirements

  • Experience developing secure REST APIs and applying API security best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with SQL databases, including data modeling and efficient querying.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Experience working with Git in collaborative development environments.
  • Experience with automated testing.
  • Knowledge of secure data handling throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong collaboration, proactivity, communication, autonomy, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and resilient/self-healing architecture is preferred.
