Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using good software engineering practices.
  • Build secure REST APIs and data-driven services with reliable business logic.
  • Optimize and manage SQL and NoSQL database performance, including migrations and data integrity.
  • Design and implement unit, integration, and contract tests to ensure software reliability.
  • Collaborate with Business Experts, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver value iteratively.
  • Work with infrastructure and delivery teams to maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines and safe deployments.
  • Deploy solutions in cloud environments with attention to scalability, security, and resilience.
  • Monitor production performance using metrics and alerts, and help resolve incidents proactively.
  • Document technical solutions and share knowledge with the team to strengthen engineering maturity.

Requirements

  • Experience developing secure REST APIs and applying API security best practices.
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with SQL databases, including data modeling and efficient querying.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and database migration practices.
  • Understanding of Design Patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with Git in collaborative development environments.
  • Experience with automated testing to ensure software quality and stability.
  • Knowledge of secure data handling throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ability to participate in agile ceremonies and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred qualities include collaboration, proactivity, good communication, and autonomy.
