Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows across multiple engineering teams.
Own observability, including monitoring, alerting, and logging, and help teams instrument their services.
Participate in incident response and lead post-incident reviews and follow-up actions.
Optimize infrastructure for security, cost, performance, and reliability.
Partner with engineering teams on new product launches and DeFi solutions.
Work with cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, and some private data center environments where practical.
Champion engineering best practices and help other teams improve delivery and operations.
Automate repetitive work and continuously improve infrastructure and platform processes.

Requirements

Strong Kubernetes experience across the ecosystem, including Helm, Istio, and Kustomize.
Hands-on AWS experience with services such as EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, and MSK.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tooling such as GitHub Actions and Flux CD.
Hands-on experience with secrets and access management, including HashiCorp Vault, RBAC, and least-privilege practices.
Solid understanding of the SRE framework, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Experience setting up observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and VictoriaMetrics.
Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or similar tools.
Working knowledge of edge computing and CDN technologies such as CloudFront, Cloudflare, WAF, and caching.
Proven on-call and incident response experience.
Clear communication skills and comfort working in a distributed international team.
Working knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Go, Node.js, or Python (nice to have).
Experience working with blockchain, smart contracts, or decentralized finance (nice to have).
