Description

  • Reverse-engineer antibot and fingerprinting systems across JavaScript VMs, WebAssembly, and obfuscated or polymorphic code.
  • Build function-tracing, deobfuscation, and fingerprint-inspection tools that automate investigative workflows.
  • Use LLMs, agents, and custom automation to classify, diagnose, and prototype solutions for detection surfaces.
  • Develop website intelligence pipelines with checkpointed history and baseline-diff capabilities.
  • Provide AI systems with structured context, signals, and intelligence for automated ban resolution.
  • Convert reverse-engineering discoveries into reusable tools, rules, and pipelines.
  • Integrate tooling into Zyte’s custom browser and automation stack.
  • Collaborate across engineering and mentor teammates in AI-augmented reverse engineering.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly develop proof-of-concepts and production tools in open-ended environments.
  • Hands-on use of LLMs, coding agents, and automation to accelerate engineering work.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and Python, with broad programming experience.
  • Strong research, debugging, fuzzing, and static, dynamic, and concolic analysis skills.
  • Experience reversing JavaScript VMs, WebAssembly, and heavily obfuscated or polymorphic code.
  • Deep understanding of operating systems and computer networking.
  • Experience with Wireshark, Burp Suite, or similar network interception and debugging tools.
  • Understanding of browser engines, browser fingerprinting, and antibot or anti-scraping systems.
  • Logical, measurement-driven prioritization and strong collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: experience with IDA, Ghidra, Frida, Babel, AI/ML tooling pipelines, C/C++, Rust, or Mozilla/Chromium contributions.
