Description

  • Generate appointments and qualify leads through email, phone, social media, and networking.
  • Proactively contact strategically important prospects to create new opportunities and win business.
  • Manage SQLs through the sales cycle with prompt follow-up and strong lead qualification.
  • Use selling and influencing skills to secure customer commitment and close deals.
  • Forecast the new business pipeline using Zyte’s sales methodology.
  • Log, track, and maintain customer contact records in the CRM to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion.
  • Attend customer meetings and conferences when required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an outbound sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and activity quotas.
  • Strong deal closing and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience selling SaaS/PaaS solutions to enterprise accounts, preferably in account management or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, initiative, and commercial awareness.
  • Experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity and forecasting.
  • Understanding of data harvesting or web crawling is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on ABM initiatives.
