Description

  • Develop new product partnerships across AI workflow, EHR, CRM, analytics, and adjacent infrastructure areas.
  • Identify, validate, and launch new partner-led motions from concept to pilot and into repeatable programs.
  • Grow existing AI workflow, EHR, CRM, and strategic channel partnerships to expand distribution and generate revenue and pipeline.
  • Build and manage data aggregation partnerships with HIEs, claims data providers, and other critical data sources.
  • Identify and establish new data partnerships that improve datasets, connectivity, and access models, then operationalize them with internal teams.
  • Influence the product roadmap by surfacing customer and market insights that support future feature development and product-market fit.
  • Represent Zus at conferences and meetings and build relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Partner closely with executives at health tech companies to define joint strategies and launch partner motions.

Requirements

  • Experience crafting compelling presentations, negotiating win-win deals, and managing complex processes.
  • Experience conducting data-driven analyses to inform partnerships and business development decisions.
  • Deep healthcare domain expertise, particularly with products involving data and analytics.
  • Experience working with payers.
  • Experience driving channel revenue through referrals, resellers, and other strategic go-to-market approaches.
  • Ability to operationalize partner enablement, co-marketing, and co-sell motions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured early-stage startup environment.
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives to completion.
  • Senior Manager or VP-level experience is welcome; the role values depth of expertise and readiness to contribute immediately.
