Description

  • Guide discovery for project deliverables, including software configuration, custom development, and integration.
  • Analyze client needs and business processes to define solution approach.
  • Identify functional and technical requirements needed to achieve client goals.
  • Write specifications that guide development efforts.
  • Provide recommendations on software configuration, customization, process improvement, and staff training.
  • Lead data-focused projects from scope through final solution delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and senior leadership.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client technical questions.
  • Oversee QA testing to ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Train clients on system functionality and support go-live stabilization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or performing primarily business analytics duties.
  • 3+ years of experience or proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (including Ascend and Advancement RM) or Blackbaud CRM.
  • Experience working with large nonprofit or higher education organizations and their fundraising/business processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with fast turnaround times.
  • Strong analytical ability and technical proficiency with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working autonomously and collaboratively across teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Admin or Non-Profit Admin (preferred).
  • Experience managing projects in a consulting context/framework (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of JIRA or other task-management systems (preferred).

  • Salary range of $105,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
