Description

  • Participate in discovery for project deliverables, including software configuration, custom development, and system integration.
  • Analyze client needs and business processes to identify functional and technical requirements.
  • Write specifications to guide development efforts aligned with client goals.
  • Recommend technical and functional solutions, including data visualization, system configuration, customization, process improvement, and staff training.
  • Manage user acceptance testing to confirm deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Train and educate clients on system functionality and help them become proficient with new tools.
  • Record key decisions and business cases for project archives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and support organizational growth.
  • Provide post-launch support after deployment.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the agency.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience analyzing business processes and guiding technical and non-technical teams through change.
  • 1-2 years of experience with CRM systems such as Blackbaud, Salesforce, or similar technology.
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Experience solving problems efficiently, creatively, and independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with stakeholders of varying technical expertise.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to organize and manage complex workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues on broader client and project solutions.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Non-Profit Administration, or Business Analysis (preferred).
  • Experience with BBCRM LO (Luminate Online), UCI Ascend, or similar tools (preferred).
  • Experience working with large nonprofit or higher education organizations and fundraising/business processes (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of JIRA or other task-management systems (preferred).

  • Salary range of $83,000 to $99,000 per year, depending on experience.
