Description

  • Partner with enterprise account teams to own and execute the technical sales strategy for high-value AI security opportunities from discovery to close.
  • Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value sessions that demonstrate Zscaler’s AI security platform to technical and executive audiences.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on modern AI patterns, including LLMs, RAG, agents, and prompt workflows, and advise on related security risks.
  • Help customers prevent sensitive data exposure, unsanctioned AI usage, and other AI-related security issues.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring customer feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Build reusable demo assets, technical materials, and enablement playbooks to scale the global sales force.
  • Develop competitive positioning, technical assets, and training content for enterprise account teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing in a fast-moving market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MCP orchestration patterns.
  • Understanding of the security risks associated with AI and GenAI technologies.
  • Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust architecture, data loss prevention (DLP), cloud-native security platforms, and API integrations.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex AI architectures into business value and security outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with go-to-market, product, and engineering teams in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, scripting, agentic automation routines, or lightweight AI applications is preferred.
  • Direct experience helping enterprises deploy production AI technologies while addressing data leakage, model governance, compliance frameworks, and shadow AI usage is preferred.
  • A history of creating high-impact field assets, technical workshops, and competitive positioning content is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments is expected.

  • Base salary range of $175,875 to $251,250 USD.
