Description

  • Use Red Canary’s detection platform to analyze EDR telemetry, alerts, and log sources across endpoint, identity, SIEM, and cloud/SaaS environments.
  • Publish threat findings for customers using clear, concise communication that highlights key indicators.
  • Research coverage gaps and create new detectors or tune existing ones through detector development.
  • Improve the detection engineering workflow through orchestration and automation.

Requirements

  • Cybersecurity operational experience with a focus in Detection and Response.
  • Must be located in the United States during the SkillBridge program.
  • Must be a current Active Duty United States military member or a United States Guard/Reserve member on active duty orders for at least the last 180 days with 180 days or fewer remaining before discharge.
  • Approval from your unit commander is required.
  • An approved and submitted MOU is required before the start date.
  • Experience with EDR tools is preferred.
  • Experience conducting incident response activities is preferred.
  • Malware/threat analysis and detection engineering experience is preferred.
