Description

  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram accounts, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
  • Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn and Instagram accounts and develop a strong personal brand presence.
  • Create and publish regular content, including posts, images, and infographics, across social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and designers to produce engaging visual content.
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign and content performance, and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and connection requests to maintain positive audience engagement.
  • Research company deals, markets, and industry developments independently to generate original content ideas.
  • Develop and own the CEO’s content calendar and brand voice with minimal input and revision.
  • Schedule posts around business milestones, acquisitions, and industry news.
  • Represent the company’s brand professionally in online channels and at conferences or other in-person events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building a personal brand for a founder or C-suite executive, not only managing company pages.
  • Writing samples focused on investment, business, or financial topics are required.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva.
  • Exceptional writing ability and the ability to write in someone else’s authentic voice.
  • Ability to write credibly about commercial real estate, investment strategy, and business leadership for accredited investor audiences.
  • Basic financial literacy, with the ability to learn cap rates, NOI, deal structures, and investor returns within 60 days of hire.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and content calendars autonomously.
  • Experience tracking performance and adjusting strategy based on data.
  • Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn growth, including algorithm knowledge, content performance, engagement strategies, and audience development.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms for drafting, research, ideation, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to use AI effectively to improve output quality, increase production speed, or solve content challenges.
