Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and participate in social media conversations.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Contribute to social media content strategy and planning.
  • Brainstorm content ideas to increase engagement and support brand growth.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social content, including simple graphics.
  • Proofread and refine content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency before publishing.
  • Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and platform policies.
  • Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Perfect English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience managing social media for businesses.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Ability to create graphics for social media content.
  • Experience managing ad budgets and tracking performance.
  • A portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns and content.
  • Knowledge of the FinTech space is a plus.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach to social media management.
