Description

  • Handle technical escalations from first report through resolution without review from others.
  • Lead Microsoft and infrastructure projects end to end, including tenant migrations and server migrations.
  • Design and execute Intune and Autopilot rollouts, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment, and Conditional Access.
  • Manage Exchange and SharePoint work, including Microsoft 365 mail flow and recovery-related tasks.
  • Plan and implement network builds, including VLAN design and site-to-site VPNs.
  • Perform security hardening and support security incident response.
  • Mentor three junior technicians and lead the on-call rotation.
  • Jump in on lower-level tickets or other tasks as needed to keep clients moving.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of MSP experience in the US, or equivalent MSP experience in LATAM.
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • Deep hands-on ability to design an Intune and Autopilot rollout from scratch.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID, mail flow, and recovery.
  • Solid networking experience with Meraki, Fortigate, site-to-site VPN, and VLAN design.
  • Real security incident-response experience.
  • Jamf or Apple MDM experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, above C1 level.
  • Ability to work independently, isolate problems before making changes, and know when to escalate versus resolve.
  • No degree required.
