Description

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, including data accuracy, organization, and database hygiene.
  • Create and manage contact lists, audience segmentation, custom properties, and user permissions.
  • Identify duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records and keep CRM data clean and reliable.
  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows in HubSpot.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing campaigns, lifecycle stage automation, lead scoring, and follow-up sequences.
  • Organize campaign assets, schedules, and marketing workflows to support consistent execution.
  • Support Marketing Hub and Sales Hub initiatives, including forms, automation, and campaign setup.
  • Build custom dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Support lead management, routing, and nurturing across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Review campaigns, workflows, emails, and CRM data for accuracy before launch.
  • Maintain documentation for CRM processes and marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using HubSpot in a Marketing Operations, CRM, Sales Operations, or Growth role.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, email marketing campaigns and newsletters, HubSpot workflows, CRM management, contact segmentation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and custom dashboards/reporting.
  • Experience building and optimizing marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Experience managing CRM data quality and performing quality assurance.
  • Ability to organize multiple campaigns and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Currently based in Latin America.
  • Experience supporting Growth, Marketing, or Sales teams is preferred.
  • Experience with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing technology platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with lead generation, inbound marketing, or sales enablement is preferred.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability is preferred.
  • Experience documenting marketing processes and CRM workflows is preferred.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
