Description

  • Manage daily bank feed synchronization, transaction categorization, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, month-end adjustments, and other close-related entries.
  • Process accounts payable, expense categorization, vendor documentation, invoices, and incoming payments.
  • Support collections and handle client communication regarding billing questions and invoice issues.
  • Respond to quote requests, research vendor pricing, and create quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Apply pricing and markup strategies and follow up on quotes, vendor deliveries, and open orders.
  • Coordinate order status and timelines with sales and project teams and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Enter and reconcile payroll data, prepare tax filings, and support audits and tax preparation.
  • Manage month-end close activities including COGS, depreciation, prepaids, fixed assets, and cash flow reporting.
  • Maintain QuickBooks Online configurations, ConnectWise PSA workflows, integrations, and operational documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and U.S./California accounting practices.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication and client-facing professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable following up proactively and managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Ability to work remotely during Pacific Time business hours.
  • Experience working in an MSP, IT services, or technology-driven company is preferred.
  • Procurement or quote desk experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT products, vendors, and purchasing workflows is preferred.
  • ConnectWise Manage PSA certification or advanced experience is preferred.
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax filing is preferred.
  • Experience improving workflows through automation or AI tools is preferred.
