Description

  • Lead medium-to-high complexity change management and consulting engagements for multiple customers.
  • Establish and execute change management strategies and deliverables for client engagements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on project needs, status, and expectations.
  • Own business analysis deliverables such as URS, functional requirements, data and process maps, workflows, gap analyses, implementation roadmaps, evaluation methodologies, and questionnaires.
  • Manage one or more large projects or programs, including estimation, scheduling, risk management, and milestone tracking.
  • Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and escalate risks when needed.
  • Assess system landscapes and contribute to IT, informatics, and data landscape roadmaps.
  • Mentor associates and support internal training, upskilling, and professional development.
  • Support business development through proposals, RFP responses, case studies, presentations, and white papers.
  • Attend industry conferences for learning, networking, and representing Zifo.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry, or chem/bioinformatics.
  • Change management certification such as CCMP or ProSci.
  • 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical R&D, biotechnology, or agritech.
  • 2-3 years of change management experience, with pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with informatics solutions such as ELN and LIMS and with scientific workflows such as bioanalysis, compound management, and medicinal chemistry.
  • Experience with key data concepts in the life sciences industry and their role in operational decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage project deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and internal meetings as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, leadership, and comfort navigating ambiguity are preferred attributes.
