Description

  • Own and evolve the roadmap for scalable intelligence delivery, including automation frameworks, reusable components, and insight packages.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce delivery time and improve quality through automation, modular frameworks, and standardized workflows.
  • Translate go-to-market use cases into clear business requirements, workflow logic, and implementation-ready designs.
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, and Applications teams to shape, implement, and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on definitions, inputs, outputs, and success metrics to ensure consistent and trusted intelligence delivery.
  • Integrate AI-enabled workflows into intelligence delivery, including automated narration, pattern surfacing, QA support, and template-driven storytelling.
  • Support feedback loops to improve intelligence tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and delivery experiences while balancing speed, quality, and governance.
  • Own and refine enablement infrastructure such as intake processes, templates, documentation, and knowledge hubs.
  • Improve usability and adoption of Data Cloud tools and intelligence products through process refinement and consultative support.
  • Support cross-functional internal tooling, platform integration, and operational consistency initiatives, including select pre-sales or client-facing deliverables when needed.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in data strategy, solution development, marketing analytics, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to define workflows, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver repeatable solutions.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Analytics, and/or martech development teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to turn data into structured narratives and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau and with core data logic.
  • Strong project management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar documentation and task management tools preferred.
  • Exposure to marketing technology such as CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, and CRMs preferred.
  • Conceptual understanding of AI/ML applications in marketing intelligence and interest in operationalizing AI in workflows preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including querying datasets and validating logic, preferred.
