Description

  • Initiate, build, and maintain executive-level relationships across assigned enterprise territories.
  • Drive new pipeline through inbound leads, prospecting, research, and cold calling.
  • Identify, build, and cultivate champions within target accounts.
  • Align with executives on bespoke growth strategies for prospect accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to support discovery, validation, and solution design.
  • Develop territory and account plans to achieve company and personal revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain a sufficient pipeline to exceed quota and track prospects in the territory.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and current pipeline information.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, scoping, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Partner with Account Management to support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 10 years of Martech/ESP enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience engaging VP-level and executive-level contacts within target accounts.
  • Ability to strategically plan territory and account execution playbooks.
  • Experience collaborating across a broad supporting ecosystem.
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms to marketing and information technology teams is preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Email Service Providers (ESP), BI & Analytics, Omni-Channel Orchestration, or Web/Email Personalization is preferred.
  • Strong ability to prospect using research, strategic outreach, and cold calling.
  • Experience mapping buying committees and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience building opportunity briefs and communicating integrated software and service solutions.
  • Experience managing forecasts, pipeline accuracy, and revenue attainment.
