Description

  • Design, build, and maintain reusable test automation frameworks for integration, end-to-end, and load testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with developers.
  • Run manual exploratory smoke testing and functional testing to validate releases.
  • Identify coverage gaps and propose improvements to reduce fragility and technical debt.
  • Use SAST/DAST and accessibility tools such as Axe and Lighthouse to support security and accessibility.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate engineers on testing best practices and responsible AI tool use.
  • Participate in design discussions and Agile ceremonies to improve testability, maintainability, and acceptance criteria.
  • Document testing strategies and automation patterns for team-wide use.
  • Review production incidents and operational data to drive quality improvements.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in test automation and quality assurance.
  • Strong experience with modern end-to-end automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, WebDriverIO, or Selenium.
  • Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
  • Experience with API testing and automation.
  • Experience with BrowserStack or similar cross-browser testing platforms.
  • Experience with manual testing approaches, including functional, exploratory, and UAT testing.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Ability to critically review AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and maintainability.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proven ownership of quality initiatives within a team.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-integrated systems (preferred).
  • Experience testing microservices and micro frontends (preferred).
  • Experience with monorepos or trunk-based development (preferred).
  • Experience with SonarCloud or SonarQube (preferred).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and AWS (preferred).
  • Experience building AI-assisted test generation workflows (preferred).
  • Experience with accessibility testing tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions (preferred).
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT (preferred).
  • Understanding of agentic coding concepts, including prompt engineering and AI-generated test case creation (preferred).
