Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to run technical discovery sessions and understand cloud environments, FinOps maturity, and cost management challenges.
  • Lead technical validation processes and Proof of Value engagements for DoiT Cloud Intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations that show cloud cost visibility, optimization insights, and multicloud operational intelligence.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses that communicate the financial and operational impact of the platform.
  • Support technical engagements with MSPs, private equity firms, and systems integrators across portfolio and multi-environment use cases.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for DoiT Cloud Intelligence and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for prospects and partners.
  • Own the technical win by guiding prospects through evaluation, addressing requirements, and building confidence in the platform.
  • Represent DoiT Cloud Intelligence at webinars, company events, and industry conferences through presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Translate customer pain points, partner requirements, and feature gaps into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and contribute to reporting and business metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company in a pre-Solutions Engineering role selling to enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Experience working with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform.
  • Datacenter experience with knowledge of hypervisors such as VMware.
  • Understanding of ITSM ecosystems and tools such as Cloud Management tools, Datadog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, and AlertLogic.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs across large data sets.
  • Good practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
  • Comfort working in a metric-driven environment and improving performance against monthly KPIs and metrics.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers.
  • Experience with modern technical selling best practices, including trial, demo, and RFP process improvements.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-growing, scaling business.
