Description

  • Own the strategy, delivery, iteration, and learning velocity for major Partner Platform components.
  • Serve as the primary product authority and align multiple product squads around platform priorities.
  • Partner with VP-level leadership to define strategic direction and translate it into shippable scope.
  • Mentor and direct other Technical Product Owners to strengthen product management execution across the portfolio.
  • Drive the discovery-to-release feedback loop and use measurement to inform iteration.
  • Review technical designs, evaluate tradeoffs, and understand impacts on timelines and system behavior.
  • Work closely with cloud partners, resellers, MSPs, SIs, and internal stakeholders to validate workflows and assumptions.
  • Develop deep understanding of cloud partner operations, including billing, margin management, customer lifecycle, support, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders on sequencing, technical tradeoffs, delivery planning, and implementation constraints.
  • Define success metrics for the platform and ensure releases are measurable and tied to partner outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct experience in the cloud ecosystem, ideally in cloud operations, FinOps, partner operations, or related platform work.
  • Proven player-coach experience leading strategy while working hands-on with engineering teams.
  • Strong experience with cloud billing systems, cost and usage data, or revenue operations in cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem, including resellers, MSPs, SIs, distributors, and marketplaces.
  • Experience building or operating platforms for channel or partner-driven business models.
  • Strong product sense for turning complex operational problems into clear scope and shipped value.
  • Technical fluency in cloud fundamentals and APIs across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
  • Coding experience is a plus for collaborating with engineers and reasoning about feasibility.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product specifications and development.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging executive-level partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A bias for action and continuous improvement, with a strong ship-measure-learn-iterate mindset.
