Description

  • Manage end-to-end global payroll operations across more than 15 countries, including workstreams and payroll schedules.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report payroll forecasts for financial reporting and ad-hoc requests.
  • Reconcile payroll balances to the financial general ledger.
  • Track and report bonus and severance accruals.
  • Procure new vendors and manage existing payroll system relationships, including SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensure payroll tax compliance, including quarterly and annual filings, amended reports, and business registrations.
  • Manage employee experience for the ESOP program and exercise process, and support implementation of equity management tools.
  • Provide a high-quality service model for employees related to payroll operations.
  • Lead special projects related to payroll operations, compliance, pensions, and insurance enrollments.
  • Serve as the point of contact for contractor costs, invoices, and related questions.
  • Drive payroll innovation and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of payroll experience with global payroll exposure.
  • Knowledge or experience with US, EMEA, and other international payroll processes, preferred.
  • Experience leading payroll across multiple geographies with strong local compliance awareness.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to translate big-picture goals into operational execution.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies with equity, tax, accounting, FP&A, legal, compensation, and benefits teams.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to resolve complex issues and influence outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus relevant experience; MBA is an advantage.
