Description

  • Own and administer core financial systems, including NetSuite now and FloQast and Ramp as they come online.
  • Configure financial systems, maintain business logic, and monitor day-to-day system health.
  • Identify repetitive or error-prone finance processes and reduce them through automation.
  • Partner with engineering to build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform.
  • Serve as the technical systems partner for Finance and Accounting and translate their needs into system capabilities.
  • Own financial vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration.
  • Define and maintain finance-domain rules and canonical data definitions with engineering.
  • Use AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine systems work.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system.
  • Hands-on NetSuite administration experience required.
  • Experience with NetSuite configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, and workflows.
  • Experience with core NetSuite modules such as General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, and subsidiary or multi-location structures.
  • Experience designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations in NetSuite.
  • Experience building SuiteFlow automations to support changing business needs.
  • Experience managing the NetSuite integration ecosystem.
  • Working understanding of month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable / procure-to-pay, and revenue processes.
  • Demonstrated track record of automating repetitive manual work using scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code/iPaaS tools.
  • Strong judgment about system configuration, cross-system integration, and source-of-truth decisions.
  • Comfort with SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation.
  • Ability to read and reason about integrations even when engineering builds them.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across finance and engineering teams.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
  • FloQast and/or Ramp administration experience is a bonus.
  • Experience with a central integration platform or an event-driven environment is a bonus.
  • Depth in SuiteScript 1.0 or 2.0, RESTlets, or NetSuite web services is a bonus.
  • Comfort using AI coding and automation tools in day-to-day work is a bonus.
