Description

  • Deliver developer-platform initiatives from design through rollout, enablement, and measurement.
  • Contribute to the platform roadmap and simplify product and technical designs.
  • Build AI-powered developer tools, including agentic coding, code-review workflows, and guardrail-aware assistants.
  • Develop prompt libraries, instructions, and service manuals for safe, effective AI adoption.
  • Improve CI/CD platform speed, observability, and usability while surfacing team-level improvement insights.
  • Strengthen Kubernetes reliability and security through resiliency, rollout, Helm, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Create self-service templates, CLI and automation enhancements, bootstrap flows, documentation, and runbooks.
  • Contribute to incident-response playbooks, maintenance modes, and recovery patterns.
  • Collaborate on complex changes, uphold code-review quality, and communicate blockers, scope changes, and delivery expectations proactively.

Requirements

  • Track record of building platform capabilities that improve developer velocity, reliability, and/or quality.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems and reusable pipeline components, such as GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
  • Experience using AI for engineering, including prompt design, multi-agent orchestration, LLM integration, and safety guardrails.
  • Proficiency in at least two platform-development languages, such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Bash.
  • Strong understanding of security and reliability practices, including secrets management, least privilege, dependency hygiene, and runtime hardening.
  • Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly through documentation, service manuals, and adoption guides.
  • Experience building agentic developer assistants for code review, code changes, and routine-task automation (preferred).
  • Experience with observability, CDN and edge controls, gRPC enablement, runtime configuration, or enterprise LLM rollout patterns (preferred).
