Description

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Coordinate calendars for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Schedule recruiter screens, technical interviews, panel interviews, and executive interviews.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure interviews run smoothly.
  • Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates.
  • Provide timely and professional communication throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain interview stages and scheduling information within the ATS.
  • Monitor recruiting inboxes and follow up on interview feedback and scorecards.
  • Support offer coordination and other recruiting administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help improve recruiting processes, automate administrative tasks, and document best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Coordination, Executive Scheduling, Recruiting Operations, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills at C1 level.
  • Comfortable interacting with candidates, executives, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Experience supporting a recruiting or Talent Acquisition team is preferred.
  • Experience working in consulting, technology, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workable preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and scheduling platforms is preferred.
