Description

  • Review requirements and translate them into test plans, test cases, and coverage strategies for CPQ and Logik/Logikit workflows.
  • Design test scenarios across functional, regression, integration, and other testing types aligned to client business needs.
  • Execute test cycles, log defects clearly, and work with engineering to drive issues to resolution.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, including CPQ pricing rules, product logic, and quote-to-order flows.
  • Report testing progress, risks, and blockers to the delivery team and client stakeholders in English.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, business analysis, and client stakeholders as a quality partner to the delivery team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and contribute reusable test assets and templates to the QA practice.

Requirements

  • Senior-level QA experience with strong test analysis and test design skills.
  • Proven experience testing across functional, regression, integration, and other testing types.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed, client-facing teams.
  • Working knowledge of Logik/Logikit.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including CPQ.
  • English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • API and performance testing experience is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is a bonus.
