Description

  • Own project execution for e-commerce implementations from kickoff through launch.
  • Lead projects using adapted Agile and Waterfall techniques and determine the best approach per engagement.
  • Facilitate definition of project scope and objectives with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Manage and coordinate offshore development teams, leading sprint planning, daily standups, and other project activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, executives, and internal teams.
  • Maintain project tools and documentation required for Zaelab implementation projects.
  • Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Manage client and team relationships and collaborate within the Project Management team to continuously improve processes and solutions.
  • Balance technical feasibility, client satisfaction, and project profitability in decision-making.
  • Stay informed about the supported technology systems and the e-commerce industry to inform project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce projects.
  • Experience with one or more platforms such as ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience working at a Consulting or Professional Services company.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and leading teams using Agile Scrum practices.
  • Experience working with multinational teams (USA, Eastern Europe, India).
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Proven leadership ability to own projects from start to finish and strong client-facing skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience creating Jira dashboards; AIO or Tableau experience preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (Jira experience preferred).
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Interest in the technology space and willingness to stay up to date on new technologies and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred.
