Description

  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic accounts and own escalations for complex integration issues.
  • Lead discussions with customer leadership on technical strategy, product trade-offs, incident management, and risk mitigation.
  • Define and implement best practices for technical onboarding, integration delivery, and account health monitoring.
  • Develop deep understanding of each customer’s business model, technical stack, and operational needs to proactively create value.
  • Partner with developers and senior engineers to provide technical guidance and support solution design.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to tailor platform capabilities and feed customer insights into the roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Finance to support retention and regional growth.
  • Monitor integration progress and ramp-up milestones to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Champion the LATAM customer base internally and bring regional intelligence into strategic decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers while staying hands-on with the most complex customer challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management or integration engineering, preferably in fintech or payments.
  • Proven track record of leading or mentoring technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger.
  • Proficiency in web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and modern frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one server-side language such as Golang, Python, Node.js, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with server and database technologies such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and concurrent projects.
  • Clear and compelling communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all seniority levels.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is a plus; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Remote role based in Brazil, full time, individual contributor level.
