Description

  • Own the corporate IT stack end to end, including device management, identity, SaaS administration, and compliance.
  • Manage MDM for a distributed macOS and Windows fleet, including zero-touch provisioning, patching, configuration-as-code, and endpoint security.
  • Administer identity and access controls such as SSO, MFA, SCIM, onboarding, offboarding, and least-privilege access.
  • Oversee SaaS governance across tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian, including licensing and access management.
  • Build and maintain security and compliance controls, access reviews, and audit evidence for SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
  • Automate repetitive IT processes and lifecycle workflows using scripting and workflow automation.
  • Design AI-driven IT and helpdesk automation and maintain machine-readable documentation for AI assistants.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues and mentor the IT team.
  • Partner with Security on vendor reviews and governance of internal AI tools and access risks.
  • Drive the corporate IT roadmap as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally supporting a distributed workforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji for macOS and Windows fleet management.
  • Experience administering an identity provider such as Okta, including SSO, MFA, and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Experience managing SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian, with knowledge of SaaS and OAuth governance.
  • Hands-on support for security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or workflow tools.
  • Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Preferred: experience building AI-driven IT automation or helpdesk tooling.
  • Preferred: hardware lifecycle and asset management at scale.
  • Preferred: experience in payments or fintech.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Zero Trust, PAM, and least-privilege access models.
  • Nice to have: configuration-as-code for endpoints.
  • Nice to have: experience securing and governing AI tools or agents across an organization.
  • Nice to have: Spanish proficiency.
