Description

  • Lead the design process from discovery to delivery across web and mobile platforms.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer problems and solution opportunities.
  • Identify key project metrics and iterate designs based on performance data.
  • Research user insights to support new market launches and new payment feature rollouts.
  • Create wireframes, concepts, polished prototypes, and user flows for production.
  • Run customer testing workshops to validate assumptions before development.
  • Collaborate with engineers during implementation to ensure design quality and fidelity.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to keep the product consistent and scalable.

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • 3+ years of experience designing complex, commercial digital products in-house.
  • A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work across web and mobile, required to apply.
  • Experience designing for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
  • Strong UX foundation, including user behavior, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Clean visual design sensibility, including typography, grid systems, color, and component design.
  • Ability to think strategically and clearly communicate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Understanding of technical constraints and how they affect design decisions.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to drive the design process autonomously while managing multiple projects.
  • Experience with fintech or payments products is a strong plus.
  • Experience designing or maintaining design systems at scale is preferred.
  • Ability to build simple prototypes with HTML/CSS, Framer, or similar is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS products is preferred.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
