Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable features and user experiences.
  • Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness through profiling, code reviews, and tuning.
  • Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues, API integrations, and native module challenges.
  • Develop and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests for stable releases.
  • Build hybrid modules integrating Flutter with native Swift and Kotlin components.
  • Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior developers on engineering best practices.
  • Monitor Flutter, Dart, and mobile ecosystem advancements and incorporate relevant improvements into the application architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of professional mobile application development experience.
  • Professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart and experience with Swift and/or Kotlin.
  • Understanding of mobile architectures, hybrid integration, and patterns such as BLoC, Provider, and MVVM.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, secure data storage, analytics, and performance tuning.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
  • Experience with Appium, Espresso, or XCTest is preferred.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
