Description

  • Design and build high-performance features in Flutter/Dart for a large-scale consumer mobile app.
  • Maintain and extend the native calling stack, including SIP clients, audio handling, and CallKit/ConnectionService integration in Kotlin and Swift.
  • Own features end-to-end within a feature-first clean architecture using Bloc/Cubit, repositories, and immutable state.
  • Write and maintain business logic with 90%+ unit test coverage and strong deterministic testing practices.
  • Work within a melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages and a strict dependency hierarchy.
  • Monitor app releases using Crashlytics and analytics, investigate call-quality and stability issues, and improve performance.
  • Contribute to mobile architecture decisions, package design, and migration of legacy patterns to the current architecture.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, QA, and designers on cross-functional feature delivery.
  • Improve the engineering toolchain, including GitHub Actions CI/CD, automated releases, diff-coverage gates, and code-quality automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building large-scale mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter.
  • Strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart and the Flutter ecosystem, including Bloc/Cubit or comparable state management, asynchronous programming, isolates, code generation, and dependency injection.
  • Hands-on experience with native mobile development in Kotlin/Android and/or Swift/iOS.
  • Experience integrating native code with Flutter via platform channels.
  • Solid understanding of clean architecture, modularization, performance optimization, and mobile security best practices.
  • Strong testing culture with unit and bloc testing, mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, and coverage gates.
  • Experience with the full mobile development lifecycle, including Git, CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, code signing, and deployment automation to App Store and Google Play.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • Experience with VoIP or real-time communication technologies such as SIP, WebRTC, CallKit, Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, and audio session management is a plus.
  • Experience working in large monorepos with tools such as melos or Mason is a plus.
  • Knowledge beyond the mobile stack, such as backend, infrastructure, or observability, is a plus.
  • Domain experience in telecom, fintech, or regulated consumer products is a plus.
