Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Align consulting services with client business objectives.
  • Develop project and sprint plans, define resource loading and skill requirements, and track milestones and metrics.
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasts, actuals, travel, and expenses.
  • Ensure projects are profitable and financial targets are met.
  • Provide consultation using best-practice techniques across traditional and modern frameworks.
  • Coach, mentor, and enforce standards for project teams.
  • Lead execution teams of 2-20 people depending on project size.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as status reports and time recording.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of equivalent work experience as an established project manager.
  • Solid understanding of methodologies and frameworks including PMBOK, Traditional, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Experience with Agile projects.
  • Strong experience in budget development and management techniques.
  • Highly effective oral and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate between traditional and modern frameworks while recommending the best approach for the client.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and balance multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business contexts.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in a technical consulting environment or with multiple clients preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • Continuous professional development through certifications, training, or industry conferences preferred.
