Description

  • Build and maintain responsive, high-quality web interfaces for a consumer health platform.
  • Translate designs and product requirements into clean, performant, accessible UI.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers in an agile environment.
  • Write reusable components and contribute to the shared component library.
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain a high engineering bar.
  • Debug, profile, and optimize frontend performance across devices and browsers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid command of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with modern build tooling and Git-based workflows.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English for daily collaboration with a U.S.-based team.
  • Based in Latin America with reliable ability to work U.S.-overlapping hours.
  • Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated consumer products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is preferred.
  • Experience with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred.
