Description

  • Design intuitive interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications using tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback gathering to guide design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for features and workflows.
  • Implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Build and maintain component libraries or design systems for product consistency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technically feasible and accurate implementations.
  • Establish design standards and accessibility practices aligned with WCAG guidelines.
  • Iterate on designs using user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics.
  • Advocate for user needs throughout product development.
  • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and cross-functional product discussions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of UI/UX design experience with front-end implementation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web or mobile UI/UX work.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Solid HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end framework skills, such as React or Vue.js.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
  • Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
  • Understanding of WCAG 2.1 or higher accessibility standards.
  • Experience with design systems or component libraries such as Storybook or Tailwind (preferred).
  • Familiarity with animation and micro-interaction tools such as Framer Motion or Lottie (preferred).
  • Experience with user-testing platforms, data visualization, mobile app design, or Agile/Scrum workflows (preferred).
