Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of key customers by understanding their objectives, pain points, and goals.
  • Provide ongoing client support throughout the lifecycle to drive adoption, growth, and continued subscription.
  • Translate client strategy into tactical actions and execute regular check-in calls and account reviews.
  • Develop rapport across client teams to uncover business challenges and map Ylopo solutions to those needs.
  • Grow usage and adoption of the Ylopo product suite through proactive engagement, education, strategic touchpoints, and planning.
  • Coordinate with executive leadership, account growth, marketing, and product development to meet account objectives and client expectations.
  • Drive incremental business growth through client advocacy and referenceable initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support high-value accounts and solve complex client challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within SaaS and enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of driving client retention, adoption, and advocacy.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communicator with strong listening skills and technical aptitude.
  • Undergraduate degree highly preferred.
  • Understanding of real estate and the real estate profession is a plus.
  • Ability to work fully remote with some small amount of long-distance travel for training, company summits, or client events.
