Description

  • Own data products end-to-end, from methodology through client delivery, with increasing autonomy.
  • Work with large datasets to answer client questions and produce accurate, trusted insights.
  • Develop deep expertise in proprietary datasets, methods, and analytical techniques.
  • Refine methodologies, test new datasets, and solve complex analytical problems with incomplete or ambiguous information.
  • Use AI and automation tools to speed up workflows, reduce manual work, and validate outputs.
  • Collaborate with Research, Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional partners to unblock work and improve processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, methodologies, and team workflows.
  • Communicate findings, risks, tradeoffs, and methodology clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Background in financial services, management consulting, data science, high-growth technology, or a similar data-intensive environment.
  • Strong fluency in SQL.
  • Experience with Python or PySpark is a plus, especially for reusable analysis workflows or automations.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex data methodologies and build strong mental models.
  • Track record of taking ownership beyond immediate scope and driving work forward independently.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and in conversation.
  • Active use of AI tools and enthusiasm for using AI to improve ways of working.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
