Description

  • Own website projects end to end, from user flows and concepts through development, launch, QA, and iteration.
  • Translate business objectives, brand strategy, and content needs into information architecture and web experiences.
  • Design and build responsive, accessible pages, templates, components, and interactions in Webflow.
  • Own Webflow CMS architecture, reusable components, custom code, integrations, permissions, documentation, and publishing workflows.
  • Create and maintain a scalable website design system and quality standards.
  • Partner with marketing teams on SEO, AEO, conversion optimization, experimentation, analytics, lead flows, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Communications, Product, and business teams to present complex offerings clearly and effectively.
  • Review and improve usability, accessibility, performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Manage priorities across stakeholders, communicate tradeoffs, and coordinate external agencies when needed.
  • Develop self-service templates, guidance, and governance so nontechnical teams can safely publish content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience designing and building high-quality marketing or corporate websites.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design plus hands-on implementation.
  • Advanced Webflow proficiency, including CMS architecture, reusable components, responsive layouts, interactions, and custom code.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
  • Experience with responsive design, information architecture, design systems, accessibility, browser compatibility, and performance.
  • Ability to manage work from discovery and stakeholder alignment through development, QA, launch, and iteration.
  • Strong cross-functional communication across design, marketing, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using qualitative feedback and quantitative data to improve UX, discoverability, conversion, and site performance.
  • Preferred: experience with B2B technology, data, analytics, research, financial services, or other complex products.
  • Preferred: experience with SEO/AEO, experimentation, analytics, Figma, CRM and marketing integrations, APIs, or multi-brand environments.
