Description

  • Become a technical and product expert on YipitData’s Data Feed products, including coverage, methodology, history, biases, and use cases.
  • Manage and support data trials for hedge funds, long-only managers, and private equity/VC firms from onboarding through ongoing utilization.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to clients through implementation guides, starter kits, demos, and best-practice guidance.
  • Develop, refine, and document best practices for internal Product and Revenue teams to improve client outcomes and ARR performance.
  • Partner with revenue teams on go-to-market execution by creating sales collateral, case studies, and product positioning support.
  • Identify and execute on sales opportunities in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Run product discovery by translating client feedback into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with data, research, and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities and feature improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a client-facing technical role supporting go-to-market efforts.
  • Experience in roles such as technical sales specialist, product specialist, product marketing manager, or solutions consultant.
  • Ability to translate complex products or technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for sophisticated institutional audiences.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python, or the ability to learn database languages quickly.
  • Experience supporting or selling to institutional investors such as hedge funds, private equity firms, or long-only asset managers is a plus.
  • Comfort collaborating across technical and commercial functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and crisp communication skills.
  • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
  • Experience working with institutional investors is preferred.
